- ANTE and PLAY against the dealer
- ANTE, PLAY and PAIR PLUS
Four Ways To Win:
- If dealer does not qualify to play
- If player beats dealer
- If straight or better on ante bonus
- If pair or better on PAIR PLUS
How To Play
Betting Against The Dealer
To bet against the dealer, you must first make an "ante" wager. After you look at your three-card hand, you have two options. You can fold if you don't think your hand is high enough to beat the dealer's, or if you think your hand is high enough to beat the dealer's hand, you must place a second wager called a "play" wager which must be equal to your "ante" wager. If your hand beats the dealer's qualifying hand of a queen or better, then you win both the "ante" and the "play" wagers. If the dealer's hand does not qualify, you win the "ante" wager and the "play" wager is a "push" (you don't win or lose).
Whenever you place a "play" wager in addition to your "ante" wager, you may win an "ante bonus" payout if you have one of the three highest hands in THREE CARD POKER; a straight flush, three of a kind, or a straight - even if the dealer doesn't qualify, and even if the dealer's hand beats your hand.
Betting On Your Own Hand
If you think that your hand will contain a pair or better, then you may make an optional bet, before the cards are dealt, in addition to your ANTE and PLAY wagers, called the "PAIR PLUS" wager. You are not playing against the dealer. You win if your hand contains a pair or better, regardless of what the dealer's hand contains.
